Class Descriptions
All classes are 90 minutes long unless otherwise stated. Please plan to arrive about 10-15 minutes early to get settled in before class starts. New students will need to fill out a registration form.
Svaroopa® Yoga - Each class begins with a reclining guided awareness/relaxation and breathing practice followed by yoga poses. The class ends in a relaxing guided awareness. Each class includes themed poses based on a type of movement (i.e., forward bends) or part of the body (i.e., hips, neck and shoulders). Appropriate for new students.
Yoga Plus- Includes yoga poses as well as targeted corrective exercises and myofascial release using balls and foam rollers. Appropriate for new students.
Yoga 20:20:20 - Name derives from the ideal home yoga practice: 20 minutes each of breath work, poses and meditation. Additional time is used for guided awareness, extra pose time and transitions. Ideally students will have some experience with yoga and/or meditation but beginners are welcome. (Not currently scheduled - check back for updates)

One (or more) class per week:
6-Class Card $75 (valid for 2 months)
10-Class Card $120 (valid for 3 months)
2 (or more) classes per week:
12-Class Card $135 (valid for 2 months)
30-Day Unlimited $100

$25 for 3 classes - Must be used within 30 days of first class. (New students only)
